Painter version 3 added a way to make it easy to create tiling images. This is a boon. Unless you want to use certain effects which don't seem to respect the wrap around. This one required a lot of careful cloning to make it tile. Works OK in the end. I let it get a bit out of focus on the edges, and the two fingers that just barely stick down into the top could use a little help, but not that you'd notice. The text comes from the fact that this was the first thing I had done with quite this quality, and I was a little blown away.

Everything got better with either Painter 3.1 or Painter 4. I forget which at this stage in the game.
